FAVOURITE SABIAN CYMBAL:
17" HHX Evolution Crash
Jen Foster has been making noise of the percussion variety since she was 15 years old. It only took a few years before she was on her way to touring nationally and internationally with both indie and major label acts.
While she typically has several projects on the go and regularly keeps busy with multiple studio gigs with other artists, her Vancouver-based band Low Spin, who have best been explained as "alternative dark-pop", is her most full-time musical undertaking.
She has been on the Sabian roster for over a decade. Even prior to becoming a part of the family, Sabian was always her choice and no other cymbal has ever made it to her kit.
"Over the years I've been having an affair with the HHX Evolution line. They cut right through when I'm looking for that aggressive smash. However they're so dynamic that when I take it down, they have a gorgeous warm tone that I haven't heard with any other cymbal."
