Biography

BORN IN:
Chicago, IL

LIVES IN:
Chicago, IL

DRUMMING SINCE:
My freshman year in high-school

CURRENT BAND/PROJECT(S):

BIGGEST INFLUENCES:
The people closest to me who actually mentored and helped me along the way both in life and in music - my dad, session guitar player Greg Landfair Sr. and his best friend Malcom Banks (who taught me everything I know about drums and drummer for a short time with Earth Wind and Fire).

FAVORITE ALBUM YOU PLAYED ON:
"Till the Casket Drops", ZZ Ward

FAVORITE ALBUM YOU DIDN'T PLAY ON:
"Mothership", Led Zeppelin

CAREER HIGHLIGHT:
Playing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with George Clinton and Kid Cudi - we were the only three acts on the bill. Clinton put the mic to my face to sing "weeee want the funk gotta have that funk" in front of an arena of people. On top of that, Kid Cudi is one of my favorite artists and we were able to hang out with him after the show - it was mad dope.

FAVORITE SABIAN CYMBAL:
Without a doubt, my 22" Artisan Light Ride
