Mark Schulman has had an incredible 20 year career as he graced the drumseat for Foreigner, Billy Idol, Simple Minds, Stevie Nicks, Jeffrey Osbourne just to name a few and was also called in to fill in with Velvet Revolver. He presently locks down those infectious grooves with Cher and P!NK and continues to stay in high demand.

With a high energy attitude built into his persona, he continues to roll out his brand of motivation and inspiration especially in his drum clinics and seminars. He recently hit the U.K. on a brief promotional tour for SABIAN and covered 5 dates: Music Technology (St. Austell), Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (North London), Arcade Music (West Midlands), Drumtech (West London) and Academy of Contemporary Music (Guildford).

His cymbal selection obviously varies according to cymbal sounds required for each gig.

For his clinics and seminars he chooses - 21" HH Raw Bell Dry Ride for its even spread and stick definition and its stinging bell - unmistakable!!! His crashes are 18" HHX X-Plosion Crash and 18" AA Medium Crash - tonally contrasting yet blending and complimenting with their full bodied power projection. He adds 2 sets of stacked effects cymbal sounds - 20" AAX Chinese stacked on top of a 15" HH Chinese with its huge accenting qualities and a 12" Mini Chinese stacked with 12" AA Splash producing a trashy closed hi-hat impact - cool and effective!!!
