Biography

Jayson's career covers a wide scope of drumming. His live and studio credits include Aaron Pritchett, Lisa Brokop, Shane Yellowbird and Aaron lines to name a few. He has played on several top ten country hits, 3 of which went to #1.

He is also co-owner of Music In The House. This vibrant music school employs 18 teachers, and enrollment is at 350 + students. His private and group lessons focus on groove, styles of music and tapping into the students creative mind.

Along with this, Jayson educates in the public school board in a national program called "Learning Through The Arts". His program is percussion based and touches on the curriculum for the grade level he is teaching.

He has been in Modern Drummer magazine, Drums Etc, and he writes articles for a monthly online drum magazine called "The Black Page". All of this diversity has made him a well rounded, in demand player and educator.
