Biography

Elias aka 'Bones', grew up along the Rio Grande Valley in a small town named Alamo, TX. His musical career began at the age of 12. He made a name for himself playing drums in local bands Outkast and Stoned Heavy and later singing in industrial metal act Psycho Plague. Elias also made a name for himself when he relocated to San Antonio, Tx with Psycho Plague.

In 2003 Elias moved to Hollywood, CA and is now a member of Julien-K, with guitarists from rock band Orgy. In addition to functioning as a band, Julien-K is also a remix and production team. Elias also plays drums in Chester Bennington's (Linkin Park) band, Dead By Sunrise.

Elias has worked with John 5 (Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson), Christopher Hall (Stabbing Westward, The Dreaming), Dj Ashba and most recently Nikki Sixx (Motley Crue.) He appears in the Sixx A.M. "Life is Beautiful" music video for Heroin Diaries soundtrack. Elias has also ventured into acting. Look out for the independent film by Riz Story "Places On The Run" coming out soon, where Elias plays a small part playing drums in a band.

Most recently Elias has been in the studio with singer Chester Bennington’s (Linkin Park) band Dead By Sunrise. The album is being produced by Howard Benson for a future release. Elias’ band Julien-K will also be releasing their debut CD February 17, 2009. Let’s just say 2009 is going to be a busy year for Elias!!!
