Biography

Becoming obsessed with music at the age of thirteen, Daniel set his eyes on the prize and never looked back. The evolution from basement jams, to cover bands, to arena tours was a process that involved determination and passion. Inspiration came from the greats like Bonham, Peart, Chambers, and Colaiuta.

Formally with the band 3 Doors Down, Daniel is now a band member of the multi-platinum act Nickelback, and of the Vancouver based instrumental prog/fusion band Martone. He has performed with the likes of Kid Rock, Billy Gibbons, Lynyrd Skynyrd and many more. Time off from the road means time in the studio and Daniel is a highly sought after session drummer. His favorite motto is: "The harder you work, the luckier you get!"

Artist Set-up

I doubt that there's any other cymbal line available that would be as effective and as versatile. SABIAN's line of cymbals meets and surpasses my demands whether it be in the studio, or in a football stadium.
