Hailing from Texas and transplanted to LA in 2001, Chris 'Seven' Antonopoulos has performed with Rev Co, Vanilla Ice and is currently with Opiate For The Masses. On stage is where Seven is in his element. His style on the kit may remind you of greats before him, like Carmine Appice and Shannon Larkin. Seven is taking the visual experience to new heights and he regularly attracts some of the best drummers in the world to see him perform. Like a wild frontman going berserk, you may forget that he’s actually laying down serious metal grooves behind that choreography complete with all the 16th and 32nd note double bass you need. OFTM’s latest album MANIFESTO, showcases the band’s songwriting ability by breaking down barriers between metal, industrial and goth genres.
SABIAN Artist Relations Manager Chris Stankee says: "I was attending Warped Tour in 2003 when I walked by the smallest stage in the corner of the grounds and was blown away by the drummer performing. If Nine Inch Nails had their own Cirque du Soleil production, it'd go a little something like this. I introduced myself to Seven after his set and found that he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet who was happy to share a drink, talk drums and even show me around backstage. We've been friends ever since. If you see Seven Antonopoulos live you'll understand what all the hype is about!"
