Biography

Progressive Rock - Funk - Metal - Latin - Hard Rock – Country - Brian can do it all seamlessly and smoothly. He is a very expressive player with plenty of experience both live and in the studio. This has made Brian a well rounded player with a large repertoire of musical ideas to choose from which sometimes brings out the fun and whacky side too. He was once described as” the Wild Wolf” by German “STICKS” magazine while on tour with SAGA. Of course this is referring to his powerful and colourful fills, understanding of odd time signatures and tight syncopation but he also knows how to leave space which is important too. His solo is well constructed over an ostinato bass drum/ cowbell with his feet yet Brian can groove in the pocket too. He’s a player you should check out – you won’t be disappointed.
